Job Description
Aquent is looking for a Bilingual Online Content Editor for one of our best clients in Philadelphia. This person will be responsible for editing and publishing all English and Spanish content on our client’s web site, including related vanity URLs and micro sites.
These are the specific duties:
* Write, proofread, edit and translate Web content where applicable.
* Create Web pages (in both English and Spanish) using defined templates and styles.
* Follow defined approval processes and solicit feedback where applicable.
* Fulfill update requests to content and layout within defined timelines.
* Ensure accuracy of content and maintain consistency on all site pages.
* Manipulate graphics for implementation in site design (if applicable).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) is required. Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Web content management experience. Knowledge of HTML and Web editing tools (Dreamweaver or similar system) required. Knowledge of Java Script, Adobe Photoshop, and basic knowledge of graphic design is preferred.
Candidate must demonstrate strong written and interpersonal communication skills, follow defined style guidelines, and pay strong attention to detail. Candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a fast-paced team. This is a full time on-site position.
